Actually Debian 9 is only "partially" available because of limitations of systemd with 2.6
Debian 10 requires 4.19.0-6 kernel. However, our newest OpenVZ 7 Container VPS runs with the kernel version 3.10.0. Therefore, Debian 10 is not compatible with our Container VPS servers.
However, we also offer Linux VPS servers, that are based on KVM:
For this type of server, we have a template ready with Debian 10.
How I can migrate ? I mean not technically, but for switching my subscription ?
we can suggest re-creating your server. Keep in mind that data will be deleted, so if you want to save it, you should take care of its migration or a backup.
