how to fix suspended

i get suspended on my vps 84279.s.time4vps.cloud , the say for spam or somthing ... but i do only gamehosting ... so ?? what rong in that 
please how i can fix this ?

Indeed, you server received a SPAM sending complaint. All the abuse cases are solved only via Client Area. Please respond to the ticket for the abuse case to be solved.
