What after OS installation completed?

I installed CentOS 7. Everything is fine. First thing I want to know is, do I get Webmin installed after installing any OS?
Second thing I want to know, what after installing an OS, I successfully installed CentOS 7, now when I'm accessing Webmin using https://<my-ip-address>:10000 , my browser is showing that this site can't be reached. So I tried using my host, still the same issue. I didn't choose the option Webmin(Contos 6), instead, I chose only CentOS 7 OS from the OS list.
