Dear All,
I have faced one issue recently for IIS access by public but now it is resolved.
But I will showing some step so you can resolve easy.
1.)First of all you install all require role for IIS.
2.)Then you need to run command for the allow public ip for access out side.

| add iplisten ipaddress=Your live ip |
| exit |
| iisreset |
