My provider's bandwidth: 100 mbit/s. Is problem in my provider (Beeline Russia)? Am I can anythyng for solution (without change provider)?

in general it is hard to check the situation, when you checked different servers with different tests (as we assume), could you please open a ticket in our system, if you are already our customer, so we could investigate the issue further with some other tests that could provide us additional information in solving the case.
