Dos Ddos To Newly Purchesed VPSes

Good day!
I like to discuss about the problem like DDos or Brute-force attacks to most newly bought VPSes from T4Vs. I have notice from long period & mention it to T4Vs support team. They replied to do create some firewall based security. Yes it is a simple answer & how I know about this problem, because I already installed a Firewall system always.
My question is, Why T4Vs team don't want to give a good solution for their quality of service. Because from the global market we can buy VPSes with DDos protection for nearly price. That's why I buy the T4VPSes, only the reason T4Vs have a WHMCS module.
