I´m confused about DNS

Hi

Can someone explain this to me like I am a child?

I Have a domain. I point the domain to your name-servers.

I have a DNS manager at your place.

I have a DNS manager at my server (which I run Vestacp on)

Where do I put what?

Do I need the DNS manager at Time4vps at all or can I do it all in Vesta?

If no is the answer what do I put in time4vps DNS manager and what do I put in Vesta?




Problem:

I Want my domain test.se in my Vestacp at my VPS. Domain pointing to time4vps name-servers.

I want a valid SPF and a MX record for my mail.

Does it matter if I put the MX record in Vesta or in Your DNS manager?
