Update DNS Entry with API call

Is it possible to remotely update a DNS entry in the DNS manager?
Specifically I would like to update an IP "A" Entry through an API call in a simple curl script.

at the moment we do not provide such functionality. Thank you for suggestion.

I use DuckDNS, which has an API call and is free. Just set a cname record to the DuckDNS hostname.
