Here is answer to your 3 questions:
1. Do you allow installation of own Operating system?
No, custom ISO images are not supported.
2. Will you charge for reinstallation of Operating system?
No, it's free of charge.
3. How many times we can delete our OS and installing it again?
10 times during 24 hours. If you exceed this limit, we will lock OS installation for 24 hours.
