PPTP VPN : client connected but keep the same IP address

Hello,
I installed sucessfully the PPTP on my server using the tutorial :

I can connect to the VPN from my home, however my IP address doesn't change... Is it normal ? Is the problem from my side or from my VPS ?
Thanks to help me it's the first time I try to do this.
