Cancellation request for VPS: your account may be terminated?!

When cancelling a VPS, this is the message is shown. Why does it say that your account may be be terminated?!

    Hi there,
    in this case account = service. When cancelling service, you have to choose Immediate or End of Billing Period type of cancellation. This message is shown in both mentioned cases, also including the possibility that the cancellation request was opened by mistake and service would have to be re-activated.

    If the cancellation was requested correctly with "Immediate" option, the service are terminated after couple of minutes.
