Is port :22222 blocked?

Hey Everyone, I am new around and generally newbie with VPS Servers etc.
I am using easyengine and everything works fine except one thing, I can't access to mydomain:22222 where are all my admin tools.
Just to make sure , is port 22222 blocked by your side or it's something wrong with my server?
Opera showing "invalid certificate" , I click on "continue anyway" and then "this site can't be reached" appearing.
On Chrome, "This site can't be reached" and "ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY"
